To study the efficacy of Joint Core® (Natural Egg Shell Membrane) (Muttai Jow Complex®) 400 mg + ABKACORE® Boswellia serrata (30%AKBA) 90 mg + CUMINCORE® (Curcumin extract 96%) 10 mg) compared to Jointace DN (Glucosamine 750 mg + Diacerein 50 mg + MSM 250 mg) in osteoarthritis patients.
To assess the safety and tolerability of Joint Core® (Natural Egg Shell Membrane (Muttai Jow Complex®)) 400 mg + ABKACORE® Boswellia serrata (30%AKBA) 90 mg + CUMINCORE® (Curcumin extract 96%) 10 mg) by monitoring the occurrence of any adverse effects by clinical and laboratory evaluation.
Participants were then randomized into two groups with 25 in each group.
Participants with osteoarthritis knee - one tablet of Joint Core thrice daily orally for 12 weeks.
Participants with osteoarthritis knee - one tablet of Jointace DN twice daily orally for 12 weeks.
Change from baseline to 12 weeks in knee pain intensity measured by Pain VAS Scale (0-100 mm).
Change From Baseline to 12 Weeks in the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) Pain Subscale.
Changes from base line to 12 weeks in following laboratory parameter(s):

A randomized, open-label study evaluating Joint Core™ (NESM® 400 mg + AKBACORE® 90 mg + CUMINCORE® 10 mg) compared to Jointace DN™ in osteoarthritis patients.
Joint Core® is clinically proven to be equivalent to reference drug combinations (Jointace DN) in osteoarthritis management by reducing inflammation, providing pain relief, and improving functional capacity. It achieves this without causing major side effects or drug interactions, utilizing natural ingredients.
First-line pharmacological therapies (topical/oral NSAIDs) only provide temporary symptomatic pain relief and carry serious lifetime risks, including gastrointestinal issues, heart attacks, or strokes with long-term use.
